• Please be advised that we DO NOT provide or hold responsibility for transportation. You can request a driver at your hotel’s front desk or we can recommend you some.
• Every day the weather conditions are subject to change, which can affect the water clarity and color. Weather conditions also affect the natural light in pictures.
• By participating in any of our activities, you give us permission to use these photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
Do we provide retouching/edits?
Yes, we do offer retouching services. You can add this on when you are booking for an additional charge.
Can I bring my own props?
Yes, you can bring your own props!
Do you help with poses?
Relax! If you are worried about not knowing how to pose we are always willing to assist!
If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully ask that you cancel at least 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled start time, every cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee of $25. Bookings that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity time are non-refundable.
If you are running late, please call us to let us know. If you arrive after the grace period of 10 minutes with or without notice, you will be charged a late fee of $25.
If 30 minutes has passed, your booking will be CANCELLED & FULL payment will be forfeited.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking, you will forfeit your FULL payment.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.
Please note that our cancellation policy may differ for group bookings, private tours, or special events.
